At cb9991, we believe gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of stress or hardship. Use our responsible gaming tools and guidelines to keep your gaming experience safe.
Responsible gaming refers to a mindset and set of habits where gaming or betting is done purely for enjoyment and entertainment. At cb9991, we want every user to play within their limits and ensure that gaming never negatively impacts their daily life, relationships, or financial wellbeing.
Many people in Bangladesh enjoy online gaming for fun and excitement — that's perfectly normal and healthy. But when gaming starts to feel out of control, problems can arise. That's why cb9991 has developed a range of effective tools and features to help you stay in control at all times.
Remember — Responsible Gaming doesn't mean playing less. It means playing mindfully, staying within your limits, and reaching out for help when needed. cb9991 is always here for you.
If any of the following signs apply to you or someone you know, it may be time to seek help:
Spending beyond your budget and chasing losses
Hiding your gaming from family or friends
Unable to stop playing, constantly coming back
Gaming affecting your work or studies
Taking out loans to fund gaming
Feeling restless or irritable when not playing
Placing increasingly larger bets in pursuit of a win
Experiencing stress due to financial difficulties
Remember: These signs are nothing to be ashamed of. Many people face the same situation and return to a normal life with the right support. cb9991 is ready to help you.
Follow the guidelines below to ensure responsible gaming on cb9991:
Set a separate gaming budget that you can afford to lose. Never use money meant for essential expenses on gaming. Use cb9991's Deposit Limit feature to keep things in check.
Decide in advance how long you'll play each day. Use cb9991's Session Timer feature. Extended periods of non-stop play can lead to mental fatigue and poor decision-making.
Gaming is entirely based on chance. No strategy or system can guarantee a win. Every game is independent of previous results.
Avoid playing when you're angry, upset, stressed, or under the influence of alcohol. Sound decision-making is harder in these states, and the risk of greater losses is significantly higher.
Beyond gaming, make time for family, friends, hobbies, and other activities. Maintain a healthy balance in life and make use of the cb9991 cooling-off feature.
Answer the following questions honestly. They will help you understand whether your gaming habits are healthy:
1. Have you spent more than your budget in the past month?
2. Do you hide your gaming from family members?
3. Do you feel the urge to play more to recover losses?
4. Has gaming caused problems in your work or relationships?
5. Do you feel restless or irritable when you can't play?
If you answered "Yes" to more than one question, please contact our support team or activate the Self-Exclusion feature. Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
We've built a range of effective tools to help keep you safe — available to use at any time.
